1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for products purchased directly from Meditate 48 under the following conditions:

  • Unopened and unused products: If you have not opened or used the product, we are happy to accept a return.

  • Defective or damaged items: If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • CBD-related products: Due to the nature of our CBD products and legal considerations, we are unable to accept returns for opened CBD oils, tinctures, topicals, or any other wellness products that have been opened and used.

2. How to Return a Product

If you meet the conditions for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team: Reach out to us at [email address] or through our website’s contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  3. Ship the Return: If you are returning an unopened or damaged product, package it securely and send it back to us. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was damaged or defective.

  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned product and confirm it is eligible, we will process your return and issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please note, we do not refund the original shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used CBD products (including oils, tinctures, and topicals)

  • Perishable items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we’ve processed the return and confirmed the condition of the item. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it will follow the standard return process.

7. International Returns

For international orders, the return policy remains the same, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept liability for lost returns during international shipping.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please retain the original packaging and take photos of the damaged goods for reference.
